OK, so i bought a Delta tablesaw used, great condition, good price, all that. Got it in and set up and tuned, all fine. It's a Left Tilt 10" about 10 years old. It works perfectly, with one exception. On the front, the blade lift wheel has a locking knob in the center of it, which essentially doesn't work much, so on housed cuts, the blade height isn't reliable. I'm guessing the forner owner really cranked down on it. Anybody know how it works, how to fix it, and (sigh) whether I'm going to have to take the top off to get at it?
