What, besides power, is the difference between the Dremel tool and the Rotozip?

Size & application Dremel is for fine detail work while Rotozip is more for ruff course work. Rotozip is quite a bit bigger physically & would be hard to work with when doing fine detail work unless you have very large hands.
I use my Rotozip with small 3" carborundum blades to cut steel up to 3/16" thick I don't believe this is something you would want to do with a Dremel.
