There are a bunch of really very informative videos available regarding tools and such. However, whenever I punch the start button the "buffering %" thing goes all over the board from 18% to 62% then back to 4%, like that. At any rate when the video starts, it goes on for a bit, then freezes for a bit, then continues, then freezes for a bit, and on and on. What can I do, if anything, to prevent this phenominium from occuring? It's annoying to say the least, to the point that I simply cancel it. Thanks, Vince

Vince,
sounds like you have a dialup connection. If so, the only thing that I can suggest is to let the video load completely - go away, have a cup of coffee, watch Oprah, whatever - then come back and play it. Having fully downloaded, it should run smoothly. The cheapest upgrade would be more memory so more of the video file could be buffered. Finally, can you download the video file? Running it from your harddrive is the smoothest possible view.
