The ball bearings in Dremel tools are not very rigidly mounted in the plastic body. Adding J.B. Weld (careful!) of some other filler that encloses the bearing's outer race more closely,will make the tool run smoother.
This is rather old info. I'm assuming the newer Dremels don't mount the bearings more tightly than the old ones did.Take the body open,and have a look.
