Good deal?

It also includes a with Bosch Router/Lift, Mobile Base and Outfeed Roller

Is this as good as a deal as I think it is.

The Jet is for $1300 used, I know it should be a great deal, I am always worried about buying used. The new Grizz is the same not including shipping. What should I look for right off when I look at the used Jet?

I would stick with the Grizzly due to the fact it has a Riving Knife / I have a Jet cabinet saw that I have had now for about 10 years and I am verry happy with it, but I wish it had the riving knife.
