I'm looking for ideas for building a china cabinet to go with a QA style table and chairs that we have had for a long time. The dining set was originally an Emperor clock (remember them?) set of kits and is in pretty good shape though I will probably refinish the table top somewhere along the line.
I've googled a bit and come up with a few ideas. What I would like to see are folks that have built one and have some pictures to share or if you know of a set of plans for one. Here are a few that might be a possiblity. A corner cabinet would fit the room well, but she has already ruled that out. She will probably want one with glass doors, but an open shelf design is a possiblity to. The design I think my wife will go for is something along these lines:
