This hinge in question is around 23 years old, I cannot get this style in locally. Where can I get these hinges online?
I searched google, but they don't look the same.
I have a bad one that won't swing 120 degrees, it has resistance and puts pressure on the stile, causing twist if you force it.

Try cabinetparts.com

Send them an email with the pics. They may be able to get a replacement for you.

Look at either Blum 33's, or 38's to replace this hinge. Designed for face frame cabinets. Mounting plate system will be a little different. 33's open to 110, and 38's open to 105. Rockler stocks the 38's for about $6.50 a pair.

38's use a single screw for mounting to the frame. 33's are either the same hinge, or closer to what he has.

For the Compact 33's the hole should be a 35mm, and drilled 2.5-3mm from the edge according to my catalogue. At wholesale prices they're $1.37 for the hinge. (screw in type), and depending on your overlay the mounting plates are $.91-$1.04 a piece. I'm not sure what the retail prices are.

I have the same parts. I see the Blum 33, which have the base plate reversed. I just don't want to drill new holes and finish the job quickly. Unfortunately, these don't seem to be available anymore. I was thinking of taking the hinge apart and replace the broken part inside, but that is work to pull it apart and put it back together again.
