Suggestions

I have a customer who wants there name etched into the bottom of 800 wooden animals that are 3/4" thick. Some of them a really awkward with legs in the way and require a little more attention. I have mocked up the seconds that they have of them, but now need to price them out. Any suggestions on what to charge? I am stumped on this anything would help.

On a somewhat similar project, I chose the easiest and hardest and timed the running and setup for each. Then I averaged it, multiplied it by the total quantity, then I bumped it 20% just in case.
