Finally got the Black Walnut clock finished sorry in advanced for the poor picture...

I will post some better pic's after I get my camera fixed had to use the cell phone as a temporary fix.

Too answer your question yes its almost a start form scratch project...

My father purchased 5 kits in 1974 he finished only 3. The wood from the unfinished kits kits was lost or misplaced over the years know way to really know as my father is passed away. So I only had the clock works that were still perfect condition in the the original boxes. I copied the design of the case from the assembly instructions i found and the clocks still in other family members possession.
