Big day! Pulled the trigger on purchasing a Griz 609X, and a Shopfox W1686 spindle sander.
Are there good and better sleeves available out there for the spindle sanders, or does everyone purchase the sleeves sold by the sander manufacturers? I didn't order any sleeves with the sander as I am waiting to find out if some will load up less quickly than others.
Thanks
Jonathan

I'm using the ones sold under the Jet name. Bought them from Amazon.com. No problems. By the way, one hint that I can give is not to tighten the nut on top of the spindle too tightly. Doing this may deform the spindle. Then it's difficult to get a square side. Don't ask me how I know this.

I have the Jet benchtop model and I buy my sleeves from Grizzly. There is a page in their catalog that has sleeves the correct length for the Jet.

I buy the 6 packs from HF in various grits and have been satisfied with their performance.
