General T fence system

I recently acquired a General 350R cabinet saw. The saw is in good shape but the fence is a little rough. Does anyone know how to remove the laminate sides of this fence? And where can I get replacements?

Hi, I'm sure General will supply the fence sides and Arborite panels for your fence, or you could supply your own.

If you look inside the fence tube, you'll see the #10 self drilling screws that hold the wood to the tube. (6 each side?).
