This is an 11" diameter box elder burl nested set. Cored out with a McNaughton center saver.

Wyatt, Great set of nested bowls! I have the Mcnaughton system and have done one coring so far. I love the tool and can't wait to get some time to use it more.

It didn't take too long to learn how to do it. I first started coring less than 2 years ago. October 2007 I think was when I first tried it. I had a few struggles then, mainly because It was not held good enough in the chuck.
