Thought I would try a bit taller pedestal on this one for a change. Sure made things interesting!

Tulipwood and Blackwood. Around 8-1/2" tall, sanded to 800. The HF is finished with Seal-A-Cell and buffified.

Comments and critiques welcome.

As I have come to expect from you - another winner! Beautiful HF! Really like how you incorporated elements from your signature finial into the pedestal. Very nice! Great looking finish!

Beautiful photo as well!

Just beautiful!! I think the proportions are just right, nice finely done finial without being too delicate that one would be afraid to use it. The colors are striking and the form perfect. Excellent job!!

Neal, I truly love these type of HF turnings that you are doing! I need to get back to turning soon! I have been building jewelry boxes on the flat side for the last couple weeks. Just enough spinning to keep me sane!

Again WOW!!
