Does anyone know where I can purchase rough sawn mahogany in Northern Ohio?

I've gotten it in the past from Ken Craft in Toledo.

I have bought wood in Cleveland from Berea lumber, near the airport,I think. The guy who runs it is a jerk, but at least you can get wood there.

Keim Lumber in Charm has many different species of Mahogany. Not sure what type you are looking for. Hartville Hardware has Mahogany as well, but not like Keim.

Check on www.woodfinder.com (http://www.woodfinder.com) it allows you to search for dealers that sell particular varieties. You may be surprised at what you turn up that you didn't know about before. I know I was when I did the same in my area.
