Shepherd Plane delivery

I ordered one of the new thumb planes from Shepherd back on May 11, but it hasn't been delivered yet. Several inquiries to Shepherd have not provided any response. Has anyone else experienced this? How long should I wait until I call the credit card company to cancel the charges?

Tim --I have replied to your emails--I don't know why you aren't getting them.
The kits will go out this coming week.

As I've explained on Woodcentral we have had supplier issues that have delayed us--I apologise for that.

I just checked my files and your kit shows as shipped the first week of June---happens rarely but perhaps it got lost.
I'm not at my shop today but will check tomorrow to get a tracking number and get back to you.
I ship on a 5 day Express so you should have seen it already.
If it's lost I'll replace it in next weeks shipments.
