Can anyone give me some help on how to miter cut and install 6" CHicago Style bar rail to my bar top? Any ideas on making a jig to place to rail in my miter saw? Also tips on how to install it to the bar top to make it secure. There is a 1" knockout but that alone doesn't seem sturdy enough to hold the weight.

Hey guys - just found this hiding on another forum and wanted to bump it to the top so it didn't get lost before anyone knew it was here! Hopefully someone here can help out!

I found this on the net. I make the curved corners for this, but never have installed them.

What is the best way to terminate the end of a run of bar rail (return??)?

What is the width of the overhangs you used for the patron side of the bar and and the bartender side?
