Manual Needed for Delta 18" Drum Sander

I picked up a good deal on the 31-250 drum sander but it needs some fine tuning. Does anyone know of a online/downloadable manual for this machine? I need to get the table level and I want to make sure it's done correctly. Thanks..jim
