Plate Easel / Stand Template

I have a small plate / plaque that I'd like to make a small stand for. I did some Google Searching for "Plate Easel" and "Plate Holder", but I can't find any templates, just items for sale.

I was wondering if anyone had a template here or could point me in the right direction.

BTW, The little plaque is only about 4" - 5" round in case that matters. I figure I can scale whatever I can find.

Chris do your search under Images on goggle. at the top left side of there home page click on images then type in your plate easel. There is alot there to pick from.
