Removing Design From Hutch Doors

I was contacted by a woman today who has a hutch with a design on the doors that she just hates. She's looking for someone to "engrave" the design out so that she can inlay a contrasting wood in place of the design. She contacted me thinking about laser engraving the design out, but I suggested routing it out and she liked that idea. Would any of you be interested in taking on the project.

There are two doors that are approximately 43" x 12". She is located in Nebraska.
