opinions on "Record Power" turning tools?

TWC is selling a nice looking 1 1/4" round scraper at the local woodworking show for $55. It looks darned good. The brand is "Record Power", supposedly of sheffield england. But it sounds to me like they are trying to be confused with Record tools.

The non-show price is about $61.

Record Power turning tools are fine tools. Comparable with the other HSS Sheffield tools. Like from Hamlet, Crown, Henry Taylor, Ashley Isles, or Sorby.

Record Power tools are NOT innovative tools. They are based on basic tried and true designs.
