Just wondering if anyone had tried the HF version, and what they used their multi-function tools for?

Thanks Loren

I borrowed a fein from a friend on several occasions and it works well. I used it to cut the bottoms of door jambs for hardwood flooring and doing some close cutting on cherry trim for a built in book case. My friend has used it to cut the grout out of floors to replace tiles and lots of sanding.
If I need it again I will be buying a HF model. I have used the fien enough to justify spending $50 but not $300.
The price difference is so great it is hard not to try the HF model. Also for $9 you can get the replacement guarantee.

I never used the Fein model , but the HF unit performs very not bad for being a knock off. (plus how often do you really "need" it?)
my 2 cents
