Hello,

I am making a couple of red oak picture frames, there are minor gaps B/W the miters. Is there something I can use to fill these in that won't show up when the frames are finished? Imperfections are 1/64" Thanks

Truly invisible fixes for this involve cutting and using slivers of the same material with the same grain orientation if you have to fill. Any kind of "filler" that you make with a binder (glue, etc) is going to show up pretty obviously, IMHO.

A better choice might be to build a shooting board and use a hand plane to fine tune the joinery, or recut (shave) them with a table saw jig where you can do the opposite corners on either side of the blade. The offseting angles will cancel any error if you built the jig accurately.
