That is very nice Stan, and after having done a flute out of that same wood, I'm even more impressed. That is not one of the most "turning friendly" woods I've met.

Ok ok it's gorgeous. Very nice choice of shape for this piece of wood. I really love the shape along with the figure of the wood. WELL DONE, and you can still send it to me!

Beautiful piece and beautiful wood. And a question. Am seeing some parallel lines across the piece, parallel to the upper right edge. Can anyone else see them, and what are they? Maybe some photographic weirdness?
