Atlas or Delta

Hi, I am new here, but I have been a long time woodworker.

I was wondering if someone could help identify the maker of this lathe; It says "Craftsman" but I was told it was made by Atlas or Delta? Seems like a decent lathe, smooth, quiet and heavy!
