Hi Fred,

Just cut one out of 1/8" acrylic. Locate it 1" in and 1" up from the Index corner of your table. Cut a couple of half circles along the long edge so you can get a finger nail in to lift it up.

The kerf from the laser will give a little clearance. I assume it is a standard business card size of 3-1/2" x 2"

Here you go. I knocked this .DXF (Release 10) up in FastCAD in under 5 minutes.
