Kind of a copy of an earlier post, but just today I was at my local lumberyard looking for Phenolic plywood with no luck. They said no one had heard of it, let alone know where to get it or what it would cost. I have some moisture control issues in my shop and and hoping phenolic faced ply will help keep my shop jigs & fixtures flat & straight.

Thanks Loren

I bought a piece from Regal plastic here in Springfield last week. A piece 23" x 48 cost me $30. I was told that price was from 2 years ago. It was not a standard stock item but they just happened to have a piece in there.

Thanks for the reply. Did Regal plastic have any more in stock or just the piece you bought? Also where are the located, and do they sell to the public?

Thanks Loren

Loren:

The only construction suppliers I know of who carry the stuff regularly is concrete supplies. The phenolic film on the ply won't stick to a pour. White Cap (http://www.whitecapdirect.com/store/plywood.jsp) is the supplier most often mentioned to me.

Good hunting.

I do not know if Regal had more or not. They are located on the road directly behind OP Hardwoods. They will sell to who ever walks through the door. I am sure they could get more. There is also a Whitcap store not to far from there. They are just off of Chestnut about a mile pas OP Hardwoods.

James,

Are you talking about Springfield IL or Springfield MO. I'm in IL, sorry for any confusion I should have made that clear

Springfield MO. But I believe both stores have stores in St Louis.
