Made these today using an acrylic by Mazzucchelli of Italy. It is called Cebloplast and was made for the Shaffer pen company but they do not use it any more that I know of. It is not made any more from what I am being told. It is easy to turn with sharp tools. It looks like a good fit for my cartridge ( bullet Pens) pens. It resembles green camo in a way. Thanks for looking.

Great looking pens! Agree with Billy - interesting color pattern - works well with the cartridge pen! Nice work!

I have some of the same material. Don't like drilling it but it does make a very nice pen. I have found it looks best on black titanium finish. I have done a couple of Jr. gent's with that finish and they are fabulous.

Nice work. Keep it up.

Could you take the shiny brass one on a plane?

Never tried. Could not answer that. I know that was brought up on the Iap site and some said yes and some said no so I guess you would have to try to find out. :)

John, That has got to be some of the most striking pen blank I have seen! How did you get it? Is there some similar also? I like the bullet ones. I think I could sell them here in WI.

Great job!

Jeff there is a guy selling it on the IAP pen turning site. He may have some left. not sure. Just google IAP pen turning and look in the selling section under individual sellers.

Jeff & John. I took a look the other day, when this was first posted, but found that he just recently sold the rest of it. Bummer. I will keep looking for it though. Beautiful material.

You say you were bummed. He was selling more of it and in other colors back in Oct. and I missed it and I am a member there. How I missed it I do not know. I know he does not have any more to sell. But I will continue to check their advertising section. You get some good deals on different things. They just has a group buy from CSUSA on pen kits and it worked out to be about 25% off kits. Nice deal and I get to try some of the higher end kits. If you are a pen turner that is the site to be a member of.

Thanks all for the kind words. Much appreciated.
