iowa lumber

I don't know which forum to post this in, so I'll start here. Has anyone been to scandinavian woodshop, in Somers Ia. They advertise a nice selection of hardwoods, at reasonable prices but was wondering about quality and selection. Be nice to know before making a 250 mile trip.

The prices are higher than Scandinavian Woodshop /Sawmill.
I can vouch for Dunhams quality though, and the wood is surfaced 3 sides. I might have to venture up to Scandinavian Woodshop and have a look around, when the weather more agreeable.

Search around, I'm sure you can find one close by.

I talked to Jana Hartzell by email today - they are very much still in business, but their web hosting company sold out, and they are working to get established on a new provider with a new domain name - www.hartzellwoodstock.com
