I have been looking around online and I am unable to find a cast iron or any other material for that matter router table extension. I have a Jet JWTS-10 that is the hybrid model with the stamped steel extensions. I am wondering if anyone has suggestions on how to build or buy such an item.

The Fence system on this saw is not the greatest but will work for my small time projects I complete. Shop space is not necessarily at a premium but I would prefer it as part of the saw as just a general time saver for setup (of the shop not router) vs. a standalone table. I have to pull out both cars in the garage and hook up a mobile vacuum to start work on most projects.

Just do a search here for "iron router" and a bunch come up.

General sells one. Don't know if you can easily find in the U.S.

I just got in the Bench Dog as well, not even put in yet. Got it last night but made well.

I was thinking about the benchdog as well. What I'm finding though is that it's actually going to shorten my extension table some. Seems about the only one that makes a longer one is Incra, though it's not iron.

Anyone else run into this... I have a powermatic 64a
