Hinge recommendation

I'm building a side board for the dining room. I'm looking for a concealed hinge for the doors that are inset into a face frame. I wanted to use some kind of Euro hinge but cant find one for this configuration
The doors are small about 13Hx12W so weight is not an issue and will be frame and panel construction. The frame member is 2" wide

That's an inset hinge. All the cup-hinge lines have models which will do this. http://wwhardware.com/media/products/apcharts/blum120cliptop.pdf is a page with a drawing at the right showing this installation. You'll need to add some blocking inside the cabinet to mount the rear of the hinge.
