Why would Epilog and ULS (Versalaser) have a booth at CES?

Is it to gain distributors, or go directly to the public or what? Or is it just to get people interested in their lasers?

The CES is not a public show. It is primarily for the retail trade and those associated with it. Many from industrial and institutional and governmental interests also attend this show.

They are most likely looking for commercial customers who would use the machines as an adjunct to their businesses.

On the last day of the show they may permit the public in for part of the day. It's been several years since I attended but that was their practice.

It's in Vegas....It's deductible...and the AVN Awards show is the same week...I bet I can guess why?

Yeah, I had gone 5 years straight. This year I did not go... wanted to save some bucks...but both shows were always great.:D:D
