Craft Supplies Gift Certificate redemption????

I have a couple of gift certs for Craft Supplies, but can't figure out how to redeam them online.

Anyone know how??

when you call them to place an order, tell them about the cert. They will ask for the # on the cert. they enter it into the computer and deduct the cert. amount from the bill, then they will tell you to do away with it, as it will not be honored the second time.

You mean you still have to call to redeem gift certificates. They told me a year and a half ago that we would be able to redeem them online.

I used one online about a year ago. I entered the certificate # and amount in the comments section under the shipping info if I remember correctly.
