Where to find 1/2" collet for DW616?

I have been searching for a replacement 1/2" collet for my DW616 and can't seem to find one. All I find are ones for a 621. Are these compatible? Thanks

Yes, the two routers use the same collets. I still have the 616 in a table, and used to have a 621 for handheld use.
