For Christmas, I made some toys for my grandkids.
Things were so hectic trying to get to town to mail them and all, I forgot to take any pictures.
My son took some pics and emailed them to us.
This is my first hollow turning. Not having any tools to do the inside of a shape like this, I cheated and used a drill. Anyway, Logan seems to like it.
The inside was drilled with a 3/4 inch forstner bit, a few pebbles were placed inside and then the handle was glued in place.
Made of cherry with a mineral oil (block oil) coating.
