Carrying on from Anthony's center square, I have an adjusted version here for those interested.
Anthony's version had the blade offset 0.049" from true center to allow for the half-thickness of a carpenters pencil.
I use either a sharp metal scriber or a kraft knife when I am marking things out so there is no offset on this version. The Blade section is exactly on center. Please use as you see fit. I have saved it as a DXF in version 10.00 format.
The holes are 0.161 diameter for a 0.060" laser cut width and will be a neat fit for #8-32 machine screws. The screws can be used to align and hold the acrylic while the glue is setting, then removed.
This can be scaled up or down as desired, just remember to fix the screw hole diameters if changing scale.
