A box a day keeps old age away. Here is a small collection of the boxes I have been making. The slide top box made out of purple hart is 2 1/4 inches wide by 4 inches long it is 2 inches high. The lift top box made out of teak for the body with a zebra wood insert surrounded by maple is 4 inches by3and3/4 inches. It is 2 inches high. It also has maple slip feathers.

Thanks Chris I like your boxes as well. I can't make a bullet box I turned in my service weapon when I retired. I have relatives out by you. The Corneal will be retiring out there soon. His last assignment is teaching ROTC to college kids.
I like the use of different woods together. I am now making a harringbone lid for one of my boxes.
