Hi All,
Here is a picture of my sisters first woodworking project. It is a cutting board made from cherry and spalted sycamore. The cutting board measurements are 17 1/2 x 24" x 1 1/2" thick.

The board is unfinished because she wants to turn it into a checker board cutting board (say that 3 times fast) It's a good beginners project to teach someone on how to prep stock and do glue ups.
