I'm building a cabinet for my new shop and it needs to fit a leigh d4r dovetail jig. I don't have the jig here and I forgot to take dimensions before I left. I vaguely recall it is 32" wide and less than 12" deep but I may be off. I don't want to build the cabinet then have the jig not fit.

Can someone who has the jig measure it and post the information?

thanks

DR4 24" Dovetail Jig is what I have the width is 24 inches the length of the board is limited by the height of the jig to the floor. I did a quick search it appears that 24 inches is as wide as it will go.

Hope this helps

After re-reading your post I think you want the actual dimensions of the jig it is 32 by 16.

Ok third time may be right. From the back of the base casting to where you would insert your tail or pin board is 6 1/2 inches. The overall length is 32 inches.

Is this what you wanted?
