Check out what the wife got me for X-mas! I must've been a good boy!

Ashley Isles bevel chisels. Bubinga handles. I got the "narrow" set of 6, 1/8, 1/4, 3/8, 1/2, 3/4, and 1". I *may* add a 5/8" later if I find I could use it.
I don't actually have them in hand yet as the postal was delayed around x-mas. Should have them Monday or Tuesday tho!
My first "real" set of chisels! I'm very excited to try them out!

Congratulations! I've really enjoyed mine, Ryan. They hold an edge very well and are comfortable in my hand. Do note, however...they WILL cut flesh! LOL

Thanks Jim. I've seen you comment on yours several times on different posts, and to be honest, you owning and liking them is one of the reasons I asked for these for x-mas! That and I just LOVE the look of them. I hope they are as comfortable in my hand cause I never had a chance to try them anywhere near me.

Very nice!
The woodworking Santa didn't show at my house this year....:(
But the deer hunting one did.:D

BTW, a nic e sharp chisel will easily cut flesh, but it won't hurt as bad as your old dull one.
