I have a ULS12.150D with twin 60 tubes. I have only had this machine for approximately 30 days. Company is making every effort to get things right technical has been superb. Problem is down to software interface not performing as required. Contact me offsite if additional information is needed.

thank you so far. i'm interested in the cutting quality vs. engraving quality. the feature of the passthrough is also interesting.

i have a demo scheduled and want to preper myself.

are there any special thing i have to ask or be aware of?

are there any negative sides of the system?
