You make a couple very good points. First on the commercial vs. non commercial. Maybe the world has come to find that posting your latest creation isn't the best thing in the world for future business. The social media crowd doesn't seem to follow intellectual property laws, or even guidelines.
I'm glad your machine is working flawlessly. I would never be contacted by someone that didn't need help and had been either frustrated or banished by an OEM tech support. And for the record, I don't have any issues with SS, they appear to have one with me. Hence the cease and desist. We all know that if you actually take care of your customers, they have no need to seek alternative sources.
