I have a Porter Cable BN200 brad nailer that fails to return the driver to the ready position, hence does not pick up the next brad in line. I called PC and got basically no useful info. I did oil it, checked the cylinder walls for scoring removed the piston/driver assembly for anything amiss such as a bend in the driver, and the o-ring on the piston. Everything seems to check out OK. The nailer will drive the first brad, so what could keep it from returning?? Any help or suggestions will be gratefully accepted.
Bewitched, bothered and bewildered,
Pete Leyden
