Few more pics of my 4th Axis.
I have completed my 4th axis and now experimenting with it.
Some progress yesterday...Here is the rough operation of Egg-grapes part. The job is incomplete...I have just checked wether my small 4th axis motor can hold the cutting forces/Torque on the wood!!! or not ... Need some more optimization... However so far, results are good... I think so....
kahlid, that is pretty innovative!!!

I removed the rough machined rotary part from the machine... cut it off the extra material from the ends... and wowlaaaa, it seems to be a good showpiece stand... Tomorrow I will polish it and see How it comes out...

Profile Cut the mantle piece, i am planning to install under the scenery i made earlier... Basically this mantle will have some 3D work and carving...behind the mantle i will make few boxes to keep some flower pots...
Today I did one of my relief design..The relief design was first converted into recess style
Initially rough machining was carried out with my home made 6mm ball nose bit u can see the rough machining of that tool in picture.. Finally I did it with 3mm ball nose with 10% step over.. Total machining time 50 minutes...
Khalid, you amaze me with your nice work, and it is done on a homemade machine. Now you have made a homemade 6mm ball nose bit too? You are a very talented guy!
All of your work is great but I especially love how you have routed designs in that entrance door. That looks awesome.
Happy routing!
