    black gum hollow form

    This is a piece of crotch black gum. Its got some pretty nice figure in it. It measures 3 1/2 x 6 1/2, antique oil finish. All coments welcome and thanks for looking.

    Beautiful bowl and if I'm not mistaken it's smiling in the first photo.

    Beautiful hollow form Mike! Love the form, nice clean curves and you managed to get it a lot thinner than I ever thought of trying! Also like the photography. Nice lighting, crisp focus and natural colors. Once again Mike - very nice work!

    Great HF! (Not to metion the photo!) Those walls are really thin. I'd probably turn that into a shallow bowl If I tried!
