Just to be honest and clear…. The article I posted is the most recent information I’ve seen. I found it interesting and posted it to generate discussion here. I cannot vouch for the accuracy of the article- I don’t know the author personally. But it seemed to make some amount of sense, so I deemed it “credible enough” to share.
Dave, I realize that you may have newer or more authoritative information. If so, can you please post it here so we can get a more complete story? I think it would be helpful.
