    I have the fuji gravity gun the op uses. I understand it's pressurized via the turbine. I was wondering if I should ever use a compressor to go above 10 psi in the cup, pot, etc

    But the fact that you never go above 10 answers the question.

    To the op, I use my fuji T series top feed gun w their 2 qt pressure pot and it works fine functionally. I look forward to buying a bottom feed gun just to make it easier to handle (sucks having the tubing go up and over the gun), but it does work fine.

    Also, the whip hose is 6 ft and the fluid tube is 6ft so the top feed gun effectively shortens the hose length by 2 ft and makes it awkward to handle.

    Bottom feed is definitely preferred.

    You also have to turn the gun upside down initially to get out air bubbles that get trapped at the top of the bend
