Thanks Edward. I have a Taylor so it was interesting to hear them discuss their process. Especially the neck joint.

The gentleman who first showed me a few things on an acoustic guitar has a Brazilian Taylor OM from the early days of Taylor. Hearing and looking his Taylor over, then looking at my plywood Harmony Stella is where my interest in acoustic guitars started. There is an article in Acoustic Guitar Magazine from 1989 or so titled "Helping Hands". It shows how Mr. Taylor had incorporated CNC into his factory. That article was my first exposure to CNC. Mr. Kukich has a story about Mr. Taylor visiting the Franklin workshop in Sandpoint Idaho in the early 1970s.
