In private messaging, there is the icon to inset an image, but it only allows an image from a URL, not ones computer. Is there a workaround on that? I had to send a PM to the person telling him I posted it on the main forum page. Definitely not an efficient method.

Theoretically, you can upload something to your media here and then figure out a link to use in a PM, but it's far easier to just have it hosted somewhere else, honestly.

I use Google Photo for hosting images. It's free up to 15 GB of storage. I've got tons of photos stored there and still have used only 1.4 GB.
