That's a great pattern, Bill. Always makes me smile.
Super cool, I'm not sure I would want to use it, it makes me dizzy.

I notice one square ...dances ,then one by one the other three join in. That's all I got.
Are they pieces of wood ,or a laser burned pattern ?
Very nice, Bill. Love your cutting boards. Good grief, though, that is a whole lotta cutting and glueing. Kudos. Do you worry much about the border with expansion/contraction?
Everything is end grain including the border so expansion shouldn't be an issue. It is essential to keep them oiled.

That's a great and impressive design that I suspect involved more math than the typical WW project. Great fun!

Way too cool, that is art!
I often look at pics of ancient mosaic floors. Tonight when I saw the well known Medusa floor it occurred to me how
similar it is to modern "Op Art". Medusa head ,which you remember you must not look at, is surrounded by a pattern
that is calm and still when you first see it but then moves around as the hardening process begins. It's actually a lot like
the modern movie film disintegrating scenes caused , as you know, by drugs, alcohol, or space aliens.
