Laser head over travel how to change

Not sure if over travel is the correct term, when I received our laser in scanning mode it used to travel maybe 10-15mm past the actual engraving, but now it makes a sharp stop and reverses. Does anybody have an idea what settings to change, Oh we are using RD works
I have attached a screenshot of some user settings,

The user settings you have shown do not appear to show a setting to address your issue. Can you show the rest of the settings?

There needs to be some overshoot in order to allow acceleration and deceleration of the cutting head.

I agree there needs to be some overshoot just not sure how to make that happen.
For some reason I thought somewhere there was a setting for it but haven't been able to find it

I reset the settings to the factory settings and it seems to work like it should, not sure what I did.
